Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare administration experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and policies.
• Knowledge of fiscal management systems.
• Knowledge of human resource management practices.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement standards.
• Proven initiative, judgment and problem solving.
• Ability to build effective relationships with staff, management, patients, vendors and payers.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Tuberculosis screening and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, coordinates specific clinic functions and activities.
• Assists Medical Director in development and marketing of new services and referrals.
• Manages employee development and performance.
• Promotes cost-effective, high-quality care.
• Ensures compliance with standards and regulations with staff.
• Reviews policies and proposes improvements to Medical Director.
• Prepares and implements quarterly budgets with Medical Director.
• Represents clinic at public and professional meetings and conferences.
