Qualifications

• Climbing certification required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead the climbing department, training and supervising guides and customers.
• Instruct climbing techniques for participants of all ages and levels.
• Monitor safety and ensure adherence to procedures for rock wall activities.
• Assist with scheduling, floor management, and department operations.
• Provide consultative product knowledge and upsell apparel and equipment.
