Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer service within the climb department.
• Provide consultative product knowledge and climb instruction to customers of all ages.
• Supervise climb sessions and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Coordinate with store leadership on scheduling and daily workflow.
• Maintain safety SOPs for the rock wall and climbing equipment.
• Train associates on procedures, programs, and new initiatives.
• Lead team-building activities at the rock wall.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
