Lead climbing sessions, teach techniques for all levels, supervise staff, and manage department workflows under direction from store leadership. A customer-focused, safety-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Climbing certification required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old to comply with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and outfit them in climbing gear.
• Oversee daily climb department operations under the Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive customer service to meet company standards.
• Instruct climbing techniques and teach lessons.
• Supervise climb sessions and maintain safety standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and guide assignments for the team.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and floor sets in the climb area.
• Ensure safety and loss-prevention practices are followed.
