Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a senior technology solutions leader to drive end-to-end delivery for cloud, applications, data & AI, and infrastructure engagements. You will manage relationships with solution decision makers across Infrastructure and Customer lines of business.

The role focuses on application modernization, management, and migration, owning end-to-end solution delivery, risk, cost, profit, and deliverability for complex engagements with CTO/CIO level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with business acumen.
• Strong market connections up to CxO level.
• Ability to lead and create large complex deals.
• Deep understanding of cloud, apps, automation, and AI trends.
• Ability to close large deals with high TCV.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and evaluate responses to RFPs and proposals.
• Research markets, industries, customers and competitors.
• Identify business challenges and craft value-driven solutions.
• Lay groundwork to acquire and support customers pre-sale.
• Create an overall design for solutions, incl. architecture and GTM.
• Apply sound business practices to resolve issues and progress.
• Monitor customer interactions and ensure alignment with needs.
• Develop cost models and document cost drivers.
• Collaborate with service definitions and cost factors.
• Support contract negotiations through to signature.
