Job summary
Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Application Consultant to drive transformation for clients across healthcare, finance, and other industries. You will gather requirements, design and deploy tailored solutions, and guide customers through modernisation journeys with a focus on performance and risk mitigation.
You will collaborate with architects, developers and program managers, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in application development and deployment.
- 5+ years in application migration and modernisation.
- 5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience.
- Knowledge of BI, databases, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, OS and networking.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, service architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and document specifications using BA methodologies.
- Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs.
- Assist in selecting and tailoring packaged solutions.
- Collaborate with application architects and development staff to plan design and implementation.
- Ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
- Advise on hardware, OS, data conversion, and training requirements.
