Paychex invites you to join a customer service role in a dynamic environment. Under guidance, you will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring replies align with Paychex policies and SLA commitments.

The position emphasizes data entry, system usage (HRIS, Salesforce), and building product knowledge to support clients. Benefits include comprehensive rewards and a focus on service excellence and teamwork.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Prioritization and organization skills preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS or Salesforce is a plus.
Experience with billing and data entry is preferred.
Strong problem solving and research abilities preferred.
Call center experience preferred.

Mansioni

Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with SLAs.
Uses systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
Documents all client interactions.
