Job summary

Eurofins Scientific seeks a Client Service Representative to manage communications between the laboratory and clients, assist with submitting information, manage sample receipt and registration, and support day-to-day client relations.

The role involves clerical duties, sample coordination, invoicing assistance, and collaboration with Eurofins labs to ensure timely COA releases and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in client services or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025, DEA, EPA, and FDA guidance.
• Associates degree in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and clerical skills.
• Ability to manage sample registration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine communications between customers and the laboratory.
• Answer phones, process mail, and greet clients.
• Route couriers for sample pickups and receive samples.
• Enter and validate client information in LIMS and systems.
• Assist with invoicing and client billing.
• Coordinate with partner Eurofins labs for COA release.
• Prepare and attach documents to samples.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
