Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Assistant Client Relations Executive Customer Representative to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound client communications, assist with sample submission, and coordinate with laboratory staff to resolve inquiries.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma, 2+ years of customer service experience, eligibility to work in the United States, and professional English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Customer Service 2+ years preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email.
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation.
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission and service information.
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations to resolve inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
• Provide clients with supplies.
• Stock front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff.
• Assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary.
