Signarama Kannapolis, NC is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them realize their signage vision while supporting our marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, customer-focused professionals with strong communication and relationship-management skills, capable of delivering accurate estimates and guiding customers through the order process.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with computers, including Windows Office and POS systems.
• Excellent command of English, with strong spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequent computer use.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement: respond to inquiries in person or by phone and guide customers through the order process.
• Marketing execution: implement store marketing strategies and engage in telemarketing to develop new business.
• Sales support: process work orders, secure down payments, and complete payments after project completion.
• Relationship management: maintain strong relationships with vendors and the production team for clarity and quality.
• Operations: assist in store operations and ensure reporting and invoicing tasks are handled efficiently.
