Job summary

Signarama Stafford, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping bring signage visions to life while supporting marketing efforts.

You will handle orders, price estimates, telemarketing, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in every project.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in computer operations, including Windows Office and POS systems.
• Excellent command of English with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage frequent computer use.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, and guide them through the order process.

• Process work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders.
• Assist in various store operations, ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.
