Job summary

Nachawati Law Group PLLC is seeking a dependable Client Support Specialist in Dallas to be the first point of contact for clients. You'll handle calls, manage the client inbox, guide onboarding, and maintain meticulous case files in firm systems.

The ideal candidate shows excellent phone presence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while upholding strict confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years in customer support, client services, or large call centers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools.
• Excellent typing speed and ability to enter data while talking to clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone, email, and SMS for client inquiries.
• Guide clients through discovery questionnaires and intake forms.
• Maintain accurate client records and confidentiality in databases.
• Log, track, and follow up communications; manage scheduling and notes.
