Job summary

dfwHR is seeking a Client Intake & Sales Specialist to manage prospective clients from initial inquiry through onboarding. You will conduct consultative sales, follow intake processes, qualify leads, and guide clients through engagement and payment steps.

The role requires strong communication skills, 2+ years in client-facing sales, and proficiency with CRMs. You will coordinate with the legal team to ensure smooth onboarding and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, client intake, or customer-facing roles.
• B2C sales experience strongly preferred.
• Consultative sales experience with ability to guide clients through decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and structured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage incoming leads from initial contact through engagement.
• Conduct consultative B2C sales conversations with prospective clients.
• Follow intake questions, processes, and SOPs to qualify clients.
• Identify client needs and align with firm services.
• Explain services, pricing, scope, and next steps.
• Generate and send engagement agreements via CRM.
• Assist with payment processing and financing options.
• Follow up with those not moving forward.
• Escalate questions when additional guidance is needed.
• Document client conversations and activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with teams for onboarding and transition to legal.
