Job summary

ADP is hiring Associate Client Support Consultants. This role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

You will serve as the front-line for solving client challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, and training users on ADP technology. The position focuses on clients with 1–49 employees, emphasizing quality service, clear communication, and adherence to performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service or call/service center environment.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: Military experience.

Responsibilities

• You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues.
• Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
• Learn payroll knowledge including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
• Organize a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, with peak-season fluctuations.
