Qualifications

• If you have 3–5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• At least 3–5 years in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results.
• College degree is great but not required; alternative experiences are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies.
• Resolve client problems, identify solutions, and provide information, best practices, and training.
• Communicate clearly to exceed client expectations and maintain ADP's service standards.
• Build rapport with external clients and internal partners to support client satisfaction.
