Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Irving, Texas, is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard clients, demonstrate the value of Gartner services, and drive ongoing engagement across products used by large client teams.

You will partner with executives and practitioners across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales to align Gartner resources with client priorities, ensuring strong adoption, retention and growth of their Gartner membership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and surface business priorities to drive value from Gartner services.
• Engage with decision makers and connect clients with Gartner experts and capabilities.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI of their membership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver service and drive business results.
• Leverage insights and metrics to sustain client engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
