Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate in the United States to onboard clients and demonstrate the value of Gartner services. You will work with clients across IT, HR, Finance, and more to surface priorities and drive adoption of Gartner resources.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and measurable client outcomes. You will engage decision makers, align resources, and monitor metrics to maximize ROI on Gartner memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding clients and driving adoption of services.
• Ability to surface client priorities and align Gartner resources.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across roles from C-level to IT, HR, Finance, and more to ensure Gartner usage success.
• Introduce Gartner services to prospective new clients and connect them with experts.
• Identify client priorities and map Gartner resources to deliver ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service delivery and share best practices.
• Use insights and metrics to boost engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
