Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.

• Determines cause of problems, explains best solutions, expedites corrections or adjustments, and follows up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard procedures.
