Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of client service experience, strong problem-solving, documentation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High School diploma or GED required; some certifications may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years client service experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Determines cause of problems and explains solutions, expediting corrections or adjustment.
• Dealt with routine responses, may require deviation from standard procedures
• Other duties as assigned
