Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Client Services professional to handle orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and complaints, and to ensure accurate records and timely resolutions.

You will resolve issues with orders, delivery dates or service, document recurring problems, and explain the best solution to the customer; routine responses may require deviation from standard procedures. This role also includes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures
• Other duties as assigned
