Job summary

Paychex is seeking a customer service professional to support one or more Paychex products through phone, email, and chat channels. You will follow up on open items to ensure timely completion in line with service levels and document all client interactions in our systems.

You will develop a solid working knowledge of Paychex products and perform data input with strong prioritization and organization to help clients achieve their payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Work schedule: 11am-8pm EST (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm PHX time depending on the time of year).

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion per SLA.
• Documents all client interactions.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
• Performs data input with strong prioritization and organization.
