Job summary

You will follow up on items to ensure timely completion, utilize HRIS and Salesforce, and maintain a solid understanding of Paychex products. Strong data entry, prioritization, and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience delivering customer service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion per SLAs.
• Use systems like HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Paychex products.
• Input data accurately and maintain strong prioritization and organization.
• Document all client interactions.
