Allied Universal in the United States is seeking a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead our front-line staff across a designated portfolio. You will promote engagement, drive operational metrics, and deliver world-class security services to clients in diverse markets.

The role requires leadership of security officers, supervisors, and operations managers, with focus on profitability, safety, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years managing hourly staff
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years managing hourly staff
• High School diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff
• Valid driver’s license for business-related driving
• Ability to drive operational goals and manage dispersed teams
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front-line staff for client portfolios.
• Use AI tech, reporting tools and BI to monitor metrics and drive efficiency.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budgeting and accounts payable/receivable.
• Build and maintain client relationships and implement corrective plans.
• Deliver high-quality service while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Establish safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries.
