Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, seeks a Client Manager to nurture long-term client relationships and lead frontline teams across a designated portfolio in North Carolina. You will drive operational metrics and profitability using AI tools, reporting platforms, and performance data.

You will hire, develop, and retain staff, monitor budgets and collections, and ensure safety and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: Bachelor's/Associate's/High School with experience in managing hourly employees
• An ability to drive operational goals and manage dispersed teams
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols and service deliverables
• Ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium clients
• Utilize AI technology, online reporting tools, and BI Platform to monitor metrics
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget, AR, AP, and EBITA targets
• Build and maintain client relationships and respond to security needs
• Deliver high-quality service while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements
• Establish a safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries
