Allied Universal is hiring a Client Manager who will build long-term client relationships and lead our frontline staff delivering security services across a designated portfolio, driving operational metrics and ensuring client satisfaction. Salary details: $65,920 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• Associate’s degree with professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• High School diploma with professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business
• Minimum of two years driving operational goals
• Ability to manage a large dispersed team and foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of safety protocols and service deliverables
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making; budgeting and financial reporting
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium-sized clients within your portfolio
• Use Allied Universal’s AI technology, reporting tools, and BI Platform to monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics; drive efficiency
• Oversee and maintain client performance metrics including budget management, accounts receivable/payable and account health
• Build and maintain client relationships by addressing security needs, reducing risks, and implementing corrective action plans
• Deliver high-quality service while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Establish a culture of safety by developing action plans to prevent work-related injuries
