Job summary

Allied Universal in Washington, DC is seeking a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line staff delivering security services across a designated portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/HS with related security management experience.
• Experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org.
• Strong analytical and financial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for clients within your portfolio.
• Use AI tech, reporting tools, BI platform to monitor metrics and drive efficiency.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budgets, AR/AP, and account health.
• Build client relationships and develop protocols, training, and response strategies.
• Deliver high-quality service while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Establish safety culture with action plans to prevent injuries.
