Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security service delivery across client sites. You will oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance, acting as a key escalation point for employees and clients.

The role focuses on workforce stability, high-quality service, and strong client relationships. You will manage post schedules in WinTeam, oversee payroll processes, and drive ongoing operational efficiency while maintaining contract staffing levels and ensuring

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership with teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results.
• Strong communication and networking skills in safety-focused environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for new security professionals, including supervisors, and develop career plans.
• Publish open post list and manage job openings within division/branch.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam for adequate coverage.
• Ensure staffing aligns with contract requirements and manage overtime effectively.
• Maintain proactive contact with Security Professionals and review no-hours status weekly.
• Process payroll, timekeeping audits, and final paychecks; handle unemployment hearings and related matters.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and terminations with proper follow-up and documentation.
• Enforce post-specific policies and provide training through field staff as needed.
