Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Service Manager to drive daily security operations, leading frontline supervisors and officers to deliver exceptional service. You will guide, develop, and motivate teams, ensuring client satisfaction and safe environments.

You will leverage AI tech and BI platforms to monitor metrics, optimize schedules, and reduce unbilled overtime while aligning with client contracts and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org.
• Experience leading and retaining a diverse team; building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and supervise officers and supervisors.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage payroll, evaluations, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protection of people and property.
• Leverage BI and AI tech to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on escalated issues.
• Maintain training, safety, and operational standards; manage uniforms/equipment.
