You will hire, coach, and guide an internal sales/service team, while collaborating with RM(s) and partners to grow client relationships and cross-sell solutions.

The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory compliance, and building a high-performance team dedicated to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of direct client service experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively guides colleagues and teams to achieve results.
• Ensures products and sales/services training is completed.
• Responsible for managing and conducting annual reviews.
• Acts as a champion for clients and colleagues providing exemplary service.
• Partners with CNB colleagues in all divisions to support client retention.
• Supports sales/service colleagues and managers in building client relationships.
• Leads and manages internal sales process including outbound calling.
• Responsible for the operational integrity of the branch.
