Job summary

City National Bank in Encino is seeking a Manager - Client Senior to lead the internal sales/service team, guide colleagues, and ensure exemplary service while managing branch operations.

You will develop product knowledge, coach staff, drive new client acquisition and cross-sell opportunities, and partner with managers to strengthen client relationships, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct client service experience required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a banking environment required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of Bank policies and procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent knowledge of Bank audit procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of Bank products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong, demonstrated leadership and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• COLLEAGUE MANAGEMENT: Proactively guides colleagues to achieve results, mentor and develop staff, and conduct annual reviews.
• CLIENT SERVICE: Acts as a champion for clients, supporting retention and advising on suitable solutions.
• SALES MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT: Build and maintain client relationships; identify cross-sell opportunities and drive branch profitability.
• OPERATIONS: Ensure branch operational integrity, risk management, audits, and regulatory compliance.
