Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Client Officer in Beverly Hills to assist the Client Manager in supervising operations, client service, and internal sales activities. The role emphasizes risk management, staff coaching, and cross-selling CNB products while maintaining regulatory compliance and branch performance.

You will support new accounts, banking policies, and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring excellent client service and efficient branch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SAFE Act Registration or eligibility to register under Safe Act.

Responsibilities

• Service client transactions and uphold operational integrity of the branch.
• Coach and develop sales/service colleagues; enforce risk management and branch certifications.
• Promote cross-selling of CNB products to meet sales/referral goals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide product/service recommendations to clients.
