City National Bank is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of CSR staff on-site. You will manage daily service operations, ensure accuracy in transactions, and uphold regulatory compliance.

This role focuses on coaching, identifying customer needs, and growing business by referring customers to mortgage, cash management, and trust services, while collaborating with the branch team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial institution is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with banking software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Supervise and coach CSR staff.
• Maintain and balance a working cash supply.
• Identify customer needs to recommend banking products and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately.
• Refer customers to mortgage, cash management, commercial and trust services.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and branch team to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
