Job summary

City National Bank in Encino is seeking a Manager - Client Senior to lead branch sales efforts, mentor the internal sales/service team, and uphold top-notch service and operational integrity for the branch. The role includes hiring, developing, and coaching staff, and collaboration with the branch manager and relationship managers.

You will drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross-sell initiatives, perform annual reviews, and support external business development for new branches

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct client service experience required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a banking environment required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• COLLEAGUE MANAGEMENT: Proactively leads and develops internal sales/service colleagues; conducts annual reviews.
• CLIENT SERVICE: Champions client service; partners with bank divisions to support retention and cross-sell.
• SALES MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT: Builds and maintains branch client relationships; identifies cross-sell opportunities.
• OPERATIONS: Oversees branch operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
