Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager in Rolling Meadows, IL, to deliver high‑quality service to internal and external clients across a branch. You will manage a book of business focused on retention and growth, coordinate with Producers and Account Executives, and drive renewal discussions to secure the best solutions for clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management, or a HS diploma with 8+ years of experience, plus a valid P&C

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service or claims management experience OR HS with 8+ years client service/claims experience.
• Valid P&C Producer’s license.
• Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
• Previous experience managing client relationships.
• Insurance knowledge – P&C experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality client service consistent with AJG standards.
• Builds relationships with existing clients and provides ongoing care.
• Leads renewal process with Producers/Account Executives to deliver optimal solutions.
• Drives additional services and lines of coverage to existing clients.
• Maintains accurate client and policy data within Gallagher systems.
• Coaches Client Service Associates through feedback and development.
• Ensures compliance with standards and service timelines.
