Job summary

Gallagher in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will lead efforts to deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships while aligning solutions with client needs.

Responsibilities include guiding renewals, mentoring teammates, pursuing additional services, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Property & Casualty license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience, OR 3+ years with HS/GED.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process by analyzing client needs and delivering tailored coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely responses and high-quality service.
• Support team with client risk management needs via consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems and perform audits.
• Use Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
