Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and strengthen trusted relationships across our network.

You will manage renewals, identify gaps in coverage, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance while delivering high-quality outcomes. A licensed Property & Casualty professional with MS Office proficiency is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with a minimum 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support carrier partnerships.
• Mentor team members through delegation, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Maintain up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher's systems.
