You will collaborate with clients and teammates to ensure compliant, high-quality service while exploring opportunities for additional services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client service or claims management, a Property and Casualty license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by compiling information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure proper coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely responses and high-quality service.
• Support your team in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems and performing audits.
• Mentor junior team members by providing feedback and fostering growth.
