Gallagher is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead client relationships and deliver tailored risk management solutions. You will guide renewals, mentor teammates, and collaborate across Gallagher to ensure compliance and high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or substantial experience with HS diploma) and a Property & Casualty license, with 1+ years in client service or claims management. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
