Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Client Service Specialist to handle orders, inquiries and invoice questions from clients. You will resolve issues related to orders and delivery dates, expediting corrections and ensuring follow-up on resolutions.

The role includes leading and coaching a team of client service specialists on-site. The position emphasizes quality focus, problem solving, documentation, conflict resolution and multi-tasking in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of client service experience is preferred.
• Certifications may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas and resolves issues with orders or service.
• Expedites corrections and follows up to ensure resolution.
• Provides leadership, coaching and training to a team of client service specialists.
• Other duties as assigned.
