Job summary

Gallagher in Glendale, CA seeks a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include managing renewals, mentoring teammates, audits for compliance, and using Gallagher’s technology to drive productivity and growth. A 3+ year track record in client service plus a P&C license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• OR-
• High School degree/GED with a minimum 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• License required: Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Gallagher teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing their needs, and delivering timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and strong customer service.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks and providing feedback.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
