Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager III in Glendale, CA to lead day-to-day account management for a group of client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and renewal success.

You will collaborate with Production, strengthen client relationships, and drive retention and growth while meeting margin targets. This role demands 5+ years in client service/claims, supervisory experience, and appropriate insurance licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience and appropriate licensing as required.
• Insurance knowledge and client relationship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, efficient service to internal and external clients for assigned accounts.
• Lead renewal process in partnership with Production to secure optimal solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with buyers and client representatives to drive retention and growth.
• Achieve operating/margin targets and foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
