Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, building strong relationships and adding value to every interaction.

This role focuses on renewals, coverage reviews, and proactive risk management. You will mentor team members, ensure compliance, and manage multiple priorities while leveraging Gallagher’s digital tools to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering timely, tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive sales of additional services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and strong customer service.
• Help the team address client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, providing feedback, and promoting continuous learning.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively to meet client expectations.
