Gallagher is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager in Tallahassee to lead renewal efforts, strengthen client relationships, and guide a collaborative team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality service and effective risk management solutions.

You will mentor teammates, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage Gallagher’s tools to optimize project delivery. The role emphasizes relationship-building and proactive client service across the Commercial team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in client service or claims management.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver results.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Gallagher teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal processes by assessing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and service excellence.
• Support team in addressing client risk management needs via consultative conversations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher systems and perform audits.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and deliver quality results.
• Mentor junior team members with constructive feedback and growth opportunities.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
