Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager I in Florida to deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients, managing day-to-day accounts, and coordinating with Producers and the Production team on renewals and risk management solutions.

You will build relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to client retention and growth while working in a collaborative, inclusive environment that values integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients.
• Manage day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts with varying needs.
• Lead renewal process in partnership with Production team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Secure existing business and drive additional services and lines of coverage.
• Coordinate resources to address the client's risk management needs and act as first contact when Producers/Account Executives are unavailable.
