The role handles inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution under supervision, aiming to maintain a strong client base and accurate transactional information. Responsibilities include supporting order-related tasks, collaborating with account managers and implementation teams, and applying approved policies with professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of client service experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Excellent customer service skills in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries including product orders, order status, returns, searches, pricing, and services offered.
• Coordinate with Client Services Account Managers to meet client service levels and complete transactions.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and provide timely solutions with high quality.
• Monitor processes and escalate issues with Implementation Specialist or QA as needed.
• Advise callers on level 1 support and provide information and assurance about products or services.
