Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Account Representative in Auburn Hills, MI to maintain relationships, support orders, resolve issues, and collaborate with the outside sales team to manage accounts.

This contract-to-hire role requires proven customer service experience, strong communication, CRM/ERP experience (Salesforce, INFOR M3), and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Onsite benefits available with hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with INFOR M3 or similar ERP.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision support.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers and Territory Sales Managers on products and parameters.
• Oversee the processing of customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and performance KPIs to meet targets.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to improve processes and account management.
