Ahead, LLC is seeking an Account Service Representative I to act as the main liaison between customers and sales reps. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and fax, input orders, and support on-time delivery of custom products.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and building strong relationships with customers and reps, while maintaining organized records and supporting sales efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inputting data from orders, POs, calls, and emails.

Responsibilities

• Input data from customer orders, POs, calls, and emails accurately.
• Communicate with customers & reps, answering questions and troubleshooting.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-through.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and reps.
• Maintain accuracy of customer records and orders.
• Enter orders and manage forms, databases, and electronic data.
• Support on-time delivery and sell-through of custom products.
• Provide feedback to management on service improvements.
• Assist with reports and data analysis as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
