The ideal candidate will have an AS/AA degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of customer service experience, with proven ability to work across teams and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifikationen

• AS/AA degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
• ERP system knowledge is required; AS/400 or Oracle experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
