Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner by partnering cross-functionally with other departments.
• Provide information and recommendations to customers and Territory Sales Managers on our products and parameters.
• Anticipate customer needs and develop solutions to improve service levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues.
• Oversee processing of customer orders and changes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor forecast-to-actual performance and collaborate to close gaps and improve forecast accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for improvement with the sales team.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service level targets.
• Log customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions into the CRM.
