Job summary

Great Northern Corporation in Appleton, WI, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service professional to coordinate orders, shipping details, and invoicing for the Rollguard product line. You will partner with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and prior manufacturing or printing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or printing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide communication links between the customer, design, production, sales, and outside vendors.
• Manage all aspects of customer orders; including, but not limited to estimating, quoting, purchasing, order entry, building relationships, invoicing, managing inventory levels, and job costing
• This position does provide coverage for the Receptionist when on vacation or work breaks.
• Other duties, as assigned.
